Austria: Waldviertel win quarterfinal Game 1 vs. Weiz

Union Raiffeisen Waldviertel lived up to their role as favorites in the first Austrian Volley League quarter-final duel with VBC TLC Weiz, by beating the rivals by 3-0 in their Zwettl town hall (25:17, 25:20, 25:19). If the underdogs win tomorrow, there will be a decider on Sunday.
All games take place in Zwettl.
Top scorers today were Daulton Sinoski (20 points, 4 winning blocks, 2 aces and 52% in attack) and Marek Sulc (18 points, 1 ace, 1 block and 62% in attack) for the winners, and Michael Pekar (12), Julian Hiedl and Alexander Bauer (7 each) for Weiz.
