Italy: Monza win advance of Round 5 and fly temporarily to the top!

In a game valid as advance of 2023/24 Superlega CredemBanca Round 5 (the other games are scheduled next week, also on Wednesday), Mint Vero Volley Monza won on the field of Rana Verona with the score of 1-3 (20:25, 25:23, 22:25, 20:25) and, with one more match played, fly to the top of the current standings, at least temporarily, with the same number of points of current undefeated leaders Gas Sales Bluenergy Piacenza, who will face Itas Trentino on Saturday in the big match of Round 4.
Surely a great start for the winners, who celebrated their second success in a row and 6 points taking on the road after the great 0-3 on the field of Modena last Sunday.
For Verona, on the other hand, this was the second ko in row, after the one against Itas Trentino on Sunday too, always at home.
