After wrapping up the Japanese league, the AVC Champions League, and the Champions League Finals over the weekend, in our second daily appointment of VolleyBarwe want to talk about the latest volleyball transfer rumors, naturally verified. You will find the main ones in the individual sections of our official transfers list.

In France, 28-year-old French libero Benjamin Diez will leave the Italian SuperLega after two seasons wearing the Sonepar Padova jersey and could return to Cannes, where he had already played during the 2016/17 and 2017/18 seasons. Some updates could soon become official regarding his American counterparts Mason Briggs and Kyle Dagostino as well. The last one, after the last two seasons with Nice Volley-Ball, could move to Saint-Nazaire Volley-Ball Atlantique, while the other (who played in Nice during the 2022/23 season before moving to Narbonne the following year), German champion with Berlin Recycling Volleys — where he has spent the last two seasons — could wear the Chaumont Volley-Ball 52 jersey in 2026/27, replacing libero Théo Durand (Grand Nancy Volley-Ball?).
Tom Koops could arrive at the highly decorated club from the German capital. The Dutch outside hitter played for Paris Volley, although he did not finish the season due to a supposed injury that sparked considerable controversy, as Mathis Henno was signed in his place and went on to play a major role in the playoff quarterfinals, where they eliminated Tours, who just today announced the setter Pablo Urchevich.
Always about Chaumont, the confirmations of assistant coach Iban Perez, as well as statistician Martin Stretka and U.S. outside hitter Jacob Pasteur.

The first names are also beginning to circulate regarding the Polish champions and Champions League runners-up Aluron CMC Warta Zawiercie. In addition to the already well-known arrivals of opposite hitter Kamil Rychlicki, the Italian-naturalized player from ZAKSA Kędzierzyn-Koźle, and outside hitter Tomasz Fornal from Turkish champions and Champions League bronze medalists Ziraat Bankkart, new faces could include American setter Michael Wright from Galatasaray HDI Istanbul and standout middle blocker Jakub Kochanowski from PGE Projekt Warszawa.
Always in Poland, Bartłomiej Lipinski, Luciano De Cecco, Milad Ebadipour, Patrik Indra, Sebastian Adamczyk, Bartosz Makos, Samuel Jeanlys and Damian Radziwon said goodbye to Częstochowa , relegated but again in Plusliga next season.

Meanwhile, in Italy, Cisterna Volley could welcome Chinese middle blocker Shikun Peng, along with outside hitters Giulio Magalini, who played last season for relegated side Youasa Battery Grottazzolina, and Frenchman Noa Douflos-Rossi from Civitanova. At the same time, fellow outside hitter Jacopo Massari has officially said goodbye to Modena (next destination Monza?).
In Italian Serie A2, Delta Volley Porto Viro has confirmed head coach Matteo Bologna after securing their stay in Italy’s second division in advance and also qualifying for the playoffs.
The club has also parted ways with setters Nicola Zonta and Nicola Mazzon, opposite hitter Giulio Pinali, middle blockers Alex Erati and Mattia Eccher, and outside hitters Lorenzo Magliano, Pedro Henrique Ferreira Silva, and Nicolò Maghenzani.
Back to Superlega, Paolo Porro remains setter of Gas Sales BluEnergy Piacenza until 2029!
