Brazil: Vissotto pushes Renata Campinas to semifinals. 3-2 over Uberlandia also in Game 2

Despite the absences already accused in Game 1 (out the outside-hitter Vaccari – who will play in France next season with the Tourcoing jersey – for a sprained ankle, the starting Libero Bruno Bello and the second opposite Angellus both for covid), Renata Campinas is the second semi-finalist of the Superliga thanks to another 3-2 against the newcomer Uberlandia who, in the tie-break, did not take advantage of 13:12 and then wasted a match point on 17:16.
Coach Horacio Dileo’s team suffered a lot especially in the 2nd and 3rd set, but in the end they won thanks to their expert opposite Leandro Vissotto, author of 36 points with 60% in attack (44% efficiency), but with even 12 points with 71% in attack in the decisive fifth set, with his winning counterattack that closed the match.
