Golden European League: Slovakia survive a five-setter vs. Romania

Only one Golden European League match was scheduled for Wednesday.
In POOL B in Ukraine, Romania and Slovakia played a match that lasted more than 2 hours. With recorded 15 kill blocks, Slovakia dominated on attack in the decisive part of the game, (43% efficiency on the winning spikes) and could claim the victory. Filip Gavenda of the Slovakia and Rares Ionut Balean of Romania were the top scorers of the match with 29 points.
