Poland: 3 points (and 4th place) for ZAKSA in recovery of Round 25

A delayed match of 2022/23 Plusliga Round 25, played in the mid-February, has been played today and, although they struggled more than expected, Champions League semifinalists Grupa Azoty ZAKSA Kędzierzyn-Koźle won in four sets on the field of a combative Ślepsk Malow Suwałki, partially 25:18, 27:29, 13:25 and 23:25.
To make the difference today are the 15 winning blocks of the winners, against the only 6 of the hosts, and also a better performance in attack.
Łukasz Kaczmarek ended the game as top scorer with 23 points to his name including 4 blocks, 2 aces and 61% in attack, while Aleksander Śliwka also contributed with 17.
With this result, ZAKSA regain the fourth place in the standings, surpassing Projekt Warszawa (who currently boast a remarkable winning streak consistin of 12 games).
Tomorrow will be played another recovery match of Plusliga, valid for Round 23, a big match between leaders Asseco Resovia Rzeszów 65 points) and No.3 Jastrzębski Węgiel (62).
