Italy: Perugia destroy Modena in advance of Round 15

Round 15 of 2023/24 Italian Superlega CredemBanca, Round 4 of second leg, started today with the advance between Valsa Group Modena and Sir Susa Vim Perugia, won by the visiting side in just three sets, 0-3 (18:25, 17:25, 18:25).
It was a great performance for Perugia, with Oleh Plotnytskyi MVP (15 points including 4 aces and 69% in attack), well supported by opposite Wassim Ben Tara (14 points through 63% in attack) and Kamil
Semeniuk, who added 11 through an impressive 73% and 2 aces.
Since November 1, also captain Wilfredo Leon returned to the court also scoring the decisive ace of 17-24 in third set.
Numbers awarded the winners from the service line (9 aces to 4, including the two that closed first and second set, by Plotnytskyi and Semeniuk), reception (62% positive to 38%) and attack (66% to 41%), but decisive also middleblockers Roberto Russo (80% in attack) and Sebastian Solè, and young outside hitter Tim Held, who put down the point that closed the match.
