Italy – Playoffs 5th Place – First win for Cisterna in preliminary round

Top Volley Cisterna celebrated today their first win in Preliminary Round of Playoffs 5th Place after a heavy home defeat against Padova a week ago.
The home game against a decimated Gioiella Prisma Taranto ended with a clear 3-0 (25:21, 25:21, 25:17).
The visiting side, forced to play with middle blocker Aimone Alletti as outside hitter, managed to fight only at the start of first set, when the score is 11-11, but the second starts with a 6-0 in favor of Cisterna, and the third 9-2.
For the winners, another great performance in attack for Petar Dirlic, with 15 points to his name, while Efe Bayram, who also contributed with 14, was decisive also from the service line and was named MVP of the game.
