Poland: ZAKSA down Warszawa at tie break. All quarterfinals series at 2-0!

First part of 2022/23 Plusliga quarterfinals has been completed today, on Easter Monday, with the last “Game 2” scheduled. And we already the first important verdicts: all series are at 2-0 and, for now, predictions respected as to did it are all the best placed in regular season.
Today Champions League finalists and fourth placed Grupa Azoty ZAKSA KÄdzierzyn-KoĹşle needed five sets again to defeat No. 5 Projekt Warszawa (25:22, 18:25, 17:25, 25:23, 15:13), in a thrilling game lasted 148 minutes.
However, again, the winners were better in the decisive moment of a match that remain uncertain until the last ball, and that ZAKSA had to recover from 1-2 disadvantage in sets.
MVP of the match and top scorer on the winning side Aleksander Ĺliwka with 18 points to his name through 55% in attack and 1 block, while Lukasz Kaczmarek also contributed with 17 and Wojciech ĹťaliĹski with 4 of his team 16 winning blocks, an element decisive for this victory.
On the losing side German opposite Linus Weber played once again a great game, as he ended as top scorer with an impressive amount of 27 points through 52% in attack, including 2 blocks and 2 aces, followed by his teammate Artur Szalpuk with 25 (5 winning blocks and 2 aces too).
